Recently Blake and Vinny had routine doctors appointments. Blake for his kindergarten exam and Vinny for his 1 year check up (yes, I know he was over a month late lol). Vinny is 22lbs and 28 1/2inches tall. He is perfectly healthy and right on track. They had the boys do blood work and Vinny didn't even cry when they pricked his finger, he just watched the woman do everything like she was doing nothing wrong lol. Blake is still mommy's little runt weighing only 35lbs and 42 1/4 inches tall. Even when he is taller than me he will still be my little runt. The doctor heard a small murmur during his appointment and thought it was a harmless murmur but was concerned that no one had heard it before so she referred us to a cardiologist. We went yesterday and he actually has two murmurs. They are harmless; wont affect him in any way, wont turn into anything or restrict his diet or physical activity. The doctor was very thorough and I thought that was great. They did an EKG and saw a murmur and then the doctor listened for a long time, even having Blake run up and down the hall and then listened to his heart. They also did an ultrasound of his heart which Blake thought was really cool. The ultrasound is where they saw the second murmur. One is a flow murmur and the other is like tissue along the side of the heart wall. Both he may outgrow or they can come and go. I have a heart murmur similar that comes and goes and it's of no worry. Apparently lots of kids get harmless murmurs.

Owen is crazy as usual just like Blake and Vinny. They are all so cute together. One minute fighting and the next giving big hugs and wanting to cuddle and watch a movie.

I am trying to teach Vinny a few signs but he is so stubborn. He knows some but wont do them unless he really wants something. Here is a video of him doing his own twist on "please." He is supposed to rub his own belly but whenever I try to grab his hand to show him, he pulls away and will either rub my belly or whatever he can reach lol.
